Framed in ebonized wood with two sided glass to view the scientific description on the backside. The published by Erich Cramer, a German publicist who published many scientific books in the 1940's and 1950's. Pages taken from the French Society of the Book S.A., 57, Road of the Street of the University, Paris 7th. The "mat" is the non-glare glass space between the frame and lithograph.
